Holly Mosher is a partner in Belle Farm and thrilled to be part of bringing a high quality, sustainable and resilient neighborhood to Dane County. Originally from Milwaukee, Holly spent a lot of time in Madison, where she was a partner in Hummingbird Pictures on Willy St.
When she moved to California 20+ years ago, she dove into her first real estate properties in Venice Beach and then Santa Monica — always with a clear eye on design, functionality and the wonderful people who would fill these spaces. With that experience under her belt, she felt compelled to bring this insight and expertise back to her home state in a meaningful way. She brings a big picture approach and excellence to every project she takes on.
Holly graduated with honors from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and became an award winning documentary filmmaker—making powerful documentaries that inspire change. It is in Holly’s DNA to make a positive impact on the world.
Kathleen Slattery-Moschkau is the hands-on developer of Belle Farm and heavily involved in all aspects of design. She shepherded the 44-acre Belle Farm site from pre-acquisition through the entitlement process, converting the land use into a sustainable, resilient and walkable neighborhood with an emphasis on healthy living. She was not alone. Kathleen worked with a team of outstanding local and national talent—land planners, engineers, architects, financial analysts, attorneys and builders—who continue to bring their experience, passion and commitment to the Belle Farm project.
As the former owner of The Studio, a Madison-based yoga studio, Kathleen led several commercial build-outs with a deep dedication to creating community and a sense of place. The Studio was often referred to as “the most breathtaking yoga studio in the country”. Kathleen brings her architecture and design sensibilities as well as her commitment to health, wellness and the earth to this new neighborhood.
Kathleen has spent the past two decades of her career advocating healthy living via film, radio, writing platforms, speaking events and physical venues. Her work has been featured by media outlets worldwide including The New York Times, USA Today, CNN, The Economist, Oprah Radio, Oprah Magazine and many more.
Kathleen graduated with a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She holds a Wisconsin real estate license under the Sprinkman Real Estate brokerage.
